I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Slowly :) When I think about the whole week it seems daunting but I know in order to have food for the family I have to make my brain work!
Here's what I've got for this week:
Sunday: Chicken with Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad (easy and good!)
Monday: Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles
Tuesday: Pork Tenderloin with Applesauce, Rice and Salad
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Moms of Multiples Monthly Meeting
Friday: Dinner at Friend's House
Saturday: Family for Dinner - probably Mexican
yumm I never thought to mix chicken with the suddenly salad to make it a meal. YUMMMM
